Instructions for permanently deleting your Ritril account and data.

Delete via the app

You can permanently delete your account directly from the app in a few steps:

    Open your profile

    Tap the profile icon in the bottom navigation bar.

    Go to General settings

    From the profile menu, select General settings.

  3. 3

    Find Account deletion

    Scroll to the Account deletion section at the bottom of the page.

  4. 4

    Confirm deletion

    Tap Request permanent account deletion and confirm the action in the dialog.

This action cannot be undone

Permanently deleting your account removes all your personal data, activity, and history within the app. This action cannot be reversed.

What gets deleted?

  • User profile (name, email, username)
  • Account activity and history
  • Saved preferences and settings
  • Any content associated with your account

Please include the username or email address of the account you'd like deleted. We will process your request within 30 days.
